  From the day I drove up to the gates (2014 season) of this trailer park, I knew I was at home. Walking into the office, I was greeted by the most wonderful, caring, and thoughtful people; to whom I have ever met. They let us come in the middle of the season with a small deposit up front and let us make monthly instalments as we could not afford much at the time. To me this act of kindness was the most generous thing anyone has ever done for our family. My children were so excited. This will be our third season at Maple Grove and we could not ask for a better park. The owners Jason and Sarah, pride themselves on cleanliness, and maintain the park beautifully! Upon entry, you get lost in a gaze of joy. The park is lined with flower beds and big pine trees. Beautiful walking trails, a pond, and weekend hay rides for the kiddies! Not to mention the pool, hot tub, laundry facilities and hot showers!!! I definitely would and do recommend this park again and again!

  I come here a couple times a year as a visitor to see friends who have accommodations here during the summer season. I really enjoy how peaceful the park is and the cleanliness of the amenities. It's a great place to relax, and escape the hustle & bustle of the city. The owners are committed to the campground rules & regulations and are thorough to ensure the safety of all visitors and guests.

  My brother in law passed away May 7, 2017 and owned a trailer at Maple Grove trailer site 137. I called the owners to let them know, after a short I'm sorry I was told trailer fees are due May15. I told her my wife is the executor of the will and we live out of town so it would be a couple weeks before we bit there. We went to the trailer park May 27 and it was again greet with I'm sorry but what is your intentions with the trailer, we told them we wanted collect her brothers personal things and would let her know on the Sunday May 28. When we came back on the Sunday there was a hesitant feeling about letting us back in the park. We got permission to go finish what we had to do. We talked to the neighbors and gave them a number of things and told them they could have the contents because we are basically forced to sign the trailer back to the park. The trailer park had a letter for us to sign over the trailer, the only in the contract was the trailer not the contents. Apon leaving the trailer park on the Sunday I was asked for the keys and I told them I left them with the neighbors and signed over the contents to them. I was demanded to go back and get the keys and I could not leave the contents to anyone. The owner was very rude and ordered me again with no success. After we left the owner had someone go back and put a padlock on the trailer. I called the OPP the next day and the told I could travel 3 hours and they would let me in or just let it be. Was it worth it, principle told me yes but it wasn't we're fighting over. I believe in Karma. If you stay at this park be aware the owner will get you one way or the other. PS If you own a trailer at Maple Grove and you sell it they charge you a $500 dollar transfer fee, not sure how legal that is
